🚀 This evidence-based program takes a preventative or early intervention approach to your child's wellbeing and are crafted to uplift and empower young people, offering a supportive and engaging environment where they can thrive.
The program supports your child's mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing through the award-winning Standing Strong formula of STRONG Body (Movement), STRONG Mind (Mindset), and STRONG Heart (Mindfulness). Every session involves considered engaging conversation, and fun games and activities. This welcoming environment fosters inclusion, creates connections, and provide a safe space where children can feel like they belong.
At Teacup Coach we get the opportunity to impart and share important life-long knowledge around over 40 different health and wellbeing topics for kids. I'm excited to bring you the topics for the first semester of term 1 and term 2 of 2024.
